About this role
The Order Management Specialist is a member of the European Customer Care team responsible for overseeing and supporting customer order processing across EU B2B and B2C channels. The role involves handling Order to Cash queries, resolving order issues and monitoring the effectiveness of order management processes. The position reports to the Order Management function and works closely with logistics, commercial, finance and external vendor teams. Hybrid role based in Lisbon or London with travel as required.
