Customer Care Representative

This role involves managing customer orders, handling reintegration of technician bags and used parts, resolving anomalies in electronic invoices, and providing customer support to the sales force. You will monitor delivery processes, manage backorders and returns, and ensure full satisfaction of external and internal customer requests with a focus on complaints management.
