The Customer Care Specialist manages the order-to-cash process for complex component, project, and service operations orders, ensuring accurate processing, efficient fulfillment, and timely customer invoicing. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on order status and delivery expectations while coordinating with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics providers.
