The Tulsa City-County Library Customer Care Specialist provides excellent library customer service in the AskUs Customer Care Center, assisting the public and branches with circulation, ready reference, and general library services. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, instant message, social media, and website comments. On occasion, the specialist may also assist with library promotion through social media.
