Customer Care Support Associate

The Customer Care Support Associate will join Aegon's customer support team in Edinburgh, handling customer requests and queries via phone and email. The role involves collaborating with colleagues and other departments to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Training is provided through the Platform Academy to develop the necessary financial product knowledge.
