Customer Complaints Coordinator

The Customer Complaints Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring all complaints are created, issued, and resolved within KPI timeframes for responsive and planned works across Auckland contracts. Reporting to the Senior Coordinator and Sr Trades Resource Manager, the role involves coordinating with work supervisors and subcontractors, managing correspondence, and maintaining records in the WMS system.
