Customer Connections Associate

The Customer Connections Associate provides day-to-day support for the centralized intake of customer-initiated connection projects, managing the process from technical triage and pre-design estimation to project distribution and closure. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the customer experience, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate records within CRM and other systems.
