About this role
Customer Advocate responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, supporting the end-to-end car delivery experience, and representing Carvana in person. The role requires frequent physical activity, driving, and interaction with customers while following company safety and compliance procedures. Team members will complete required paperwork and obtain certain state licenses or notary certification as sponsored by Carvana. Shift work and rotating days off are required.
