The Customer Development Manager FMS is the primary account lead for assigned Business Unit customers, representing Ryder’s fleet and leasing service portfolio to client organizations. The role focuses on expanding customer engagement with offerings such as Full Service Lease, Programmed Maintenance, Lease Financing, Fleet Management Services and Dedicated Contract Carriage. It acts as a liaison between customers and Ryder teams to align services with clients’ business objectives.
