Customer Enablement Manager

The Customer Enablement Manager partners with complex enterprise customers to transform organizational workflows and drive measurable business outcomes through strategic enablement and adoption strategies. This role involves leading discovery, workflow consultation, and change management initiatives while collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, and Services teams to diagnose barriers and recommend scalable solutions. As a senior individual contributor, the position serves as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal partners, navigating complex stakeholder environments to accelerate the adoption of new workflows and AI-enabled ways of working.
