Customer Engineer Sr. – Ghana (Field-Based)

The Customer Engineer Sr. is a senior field service professional responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of NCR Atleos banking technologies, including ATMs and self-service systems. This role serves as a technical expert and mentor, ensuring high service quality, equipment uptime, and compliance with service level agreements. The position requires extensive travel across Ghana and availability for after-hours support to maintain secure and reliable banking services.
