Customer Engineer Thermal

The Customer Engineer Thermal is responsible for the start-ups, maintenance, and emergency repairs of Vertiv Benelux B.V. environmental products and other contracted systems. The role requires establishing and maintaining excellent rapport with customers, salesmen, and distributors while ensuring continuous communication with Call Control and department management. This position involves adhering to strict safety policies, ISO processes, and international trade compliance regulations.
