Customer Engineer

The Customer Engineer role focuses on repairing, maintaining, and installing equipment in the Lazio region to ensure service continuity and high customer satisfaction. The position involves troubleshooting issues until they are resolved to the client's satisfaction or in accordance with agreed service level agreements. The role requires working with a variety of NCR equipment, including financial products, ATMs, PCs, workstations, peripherals, printers, and POS front-end systems.
