Customer Excellence Analyst

The Customer Excellence Analyst supports Retail Pre-Sale Customer Excellence functions by serving as the strategic lead for customer bids and managing key customer-facing operations. This highly cross-functional role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution and best-in-class service. The position also supports product costing processes and manages Foreign to Foreign (F2F) business operations.
