Customer Excellence Representative

Chemours is seeking a Customer Excellence Representative to manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including onboarding new customers, processing orders and returns, and resolving invoice disputes. The role involves collaborating with sales, supply chain, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining strict compliance with internal controls and import/export requirements. Candidates will also support business process simplification initiatives and maintain critical customer and product master data.
