• Oversee front-of-store associates to ensure prompt and courteous customer service.
• Train and mentor team members on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers and coordinate break schedules for all store associates.
• Address customer concerns promptly to maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Partner with management to fulfill store plan requirements and shrink reduction goals.
