Customer Experience Coordinator

This role involves overseeing store associates to ensure prompt and courteous customer service while promoting loyalty programs and maintaining a clean environment. The leader models outstanding service, trains and mentors staff on front-end principles, and coordinates break schedules and POS coverage. Additionally, they address customer concerns, ensure adherence to store plans, and support shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
