Customer Experience Coordinator

This role oversees front-of-store Associates to ensure prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs at a TJX off-price retail store. The hire leads by example in maintaining store organization, trains team members on front-end principles, and manages register assignments and break coordination. Key duties include addressing customer concerns, enforcing store plans, reducing shrinkage, and promoting safety while adhering to labor laws.
