Customer Experience Manager

The Shift Leader at Five Below ensures all crew members provide exceptional customer service and leads store front-end operations. Key duties include managing opening and closing procedures, maintaining store cleanliness and merchandising standards, and supervising associates while performing store manager duties in their absence. This role requires frequent movement, physical stamina, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and overnight shifts.
