Customer Experience Manager

The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall customer experience within the store, from checkout operations to back-of-house management. This role involves leading the front-end checkout operation, managing petrol station activities where applicable, and providing comprehensive people management including performance coaching and disciplinary actions.
