About this role

Medtronic is hiring a Senior Manager to lead the regional Customer Experience and Operational Excellence team within the Latin America, Caribbean, and Latin Europe region. This leadership role, based remotely in Colombia, is responsible for scaling the SEAL strategic account support program, enhancing service perceptions, and driving operational model transformations. The position acts as a key point of contact for strategic customers while fostering collaboration across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to improve NPS and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale the SEAL strategic account support program across CELA markets
Drive customer experience initiatives to improve NPS and service reliability
Build future customer operations models by standardizing and automating processes
Govern field inventory and consignment performance for financial visibility
Manage complex cross-functional stakeholders and resolve critical operational issues

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree8+ years of experience in Customer Operations or Supply Chain leadershipExperience in healthcare, medical devices, or highly regulated industries preferredFluency in English and Spanish
