Customer Experience Representative (CXR)

The Customer Experience Representative (CXR) is responsible for developing and executing plans to maintain, grow, and protect customer relationships and service contract performance across an assigned territory. This field-based role involves delivering proactive maintenance inspections, reprocessing education, workflow assessments, staff certification, and equipment demonstrations at client sites such as hospitals and surgical centers. The position requires partnering with sales and service teams to protect gross margin, reduce equipment damage through education, and identify capital replacement opportunities.
