Customer Experience Representative - ICS

Under routine supervision, this role is responsible for executing customer freight orders to meet volume goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The position focuses on developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships while maximizing business potential through proactive communication and problem-solving. The incumbent will schedule appointments, enter orders, and serve as a primary point of contact for load updates and capacity availability.
