A Customer Experience Representative at Design Within Reach serves as a primary point of contact for DWR and Knoll web customers, supporting day-to-day order-related needs and customer interactions. The role supports the Retail Operations organization, reports to Customer Service Managers, and operates on a Monday–Friday schedule (10 AM–7 PM ET).
