Customer Experience Representative

The Customer Experience Representative works in the Circulation department of Poudre Libraries, providing front‑line service to patrons across multiple library locations. The role involves checking materials in and out, handling holds, assisting with account creation and maintenance, and supporting library operations such as shelving, printing, and basic troubleshooting. This part‑time, non‑exempt position requires excellent customer service, flexible scheduling, and the ability to work both public and staff areas of the library.
