Customer Experience Representative

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be one of the first voices our customers hear on their way to recovery, taking inbound calls from clients and providers while completing a thorough induction and training programme. The role involves supporting clients via emails and live chat, assisting business levy customers, and managing a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent entry-level position into ACC, offering opportunities to continually grow and develop skills within the organisation.
