This role manages the day-to-day administrative needs of key hardware co-op accounts while responding to escalated customer calls and executing special requests. The position supports the sales team by developing strategic plans, gathering data, and maintaining a strong knowledge of Prime-Line products and the co-op market. It involves monitoring customer feedback to drive process improvement and ensuring best practices are utilized to meet productivity and service level targets.
