Customer Experience Specialist (Firearms)

The Customer Experience Specialist (Firearms) ensures an exceptional guest experience in the Firearms and Sporting Goods departments by providing world-class customer service and product knowledge. The role involves organizing and maintaining firearms inventory, completing ATF 4473 forms accurately, and processing incoming firearms using logbooks and electronic systems. This position requires adherence to all FFL and state laws to ensure program compliance while assisting customers with firearm and ammunition purchases.
