Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Experience Specialist handles initial customer contact in person, via the web, or over the telephone, ensuring all orders are received, qualified, and processed accurately and efficiently. This role involves investigating and responding to customer inquiries regarding shipments, products, deliveries, and complaints while coordinating equipment delivery and setup. The specialist also leads location staff, assists the Operations Supervisor, and reports on staff activities as assigned.
