Customer Experience Specialist

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support families throughout the registration and enrollment process while ensuring a smooth, organized, and positive experience. This role combines customer service, family enrollment, technology, and administrative support as the primary point of contact for prospective and enrolled families. The specialist will guide families through registration, enrollment, scheduling, required documentation, and childcare assistance programs.
