Customer-Facing Software Engineer

This role involves partnering directly with AI labs to integrate their models, run evaluations, and serve as the primary point of contact for customer relationships. The engineer will also build and ship solutions to address specific customer engineering needs, contributing to the platform's Data and Applied ML stack. The position requires strong software engineering fundamentals and experience with modern web frameworks and LLM APIs.
