About this role

The Customer Logistics Representative will serve as the main point of contact for customers in Mainland China and Hong Kong, handling material and logistics activities such as spares, AOG, warranty, and transport. The role focuses on maintaining and improving customer satisfaction, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting sales and cross‑functional teams.
