About this role

Glean is seeking a Customer Marketing Lead to own the strategy for the Gleaniverse, their customer community platform. This role involves designing engagement programs, moderating channels, and fostering peer-to-peer learning among enterprise admins and champions to drive product adoption. The incumbent will partner cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product teams to translate roadmap updates into community assets and serve as a key feedback loop for product development.
