Customer Operations & Inventory Planning Lead

The Customer Operations & Inventory Planning Lead serves as the primary operational and planning partner for assigned Cut & Sew customers, overseeing the end-to-end order lifecycle, inventory planning, and fulfillment execution. This role translates customer demand into executable supply plans to ensure service excellence, product availability, and on-time delivery across domestic and international operations. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to resolve constraints and drive continuous improvement.
