The Customer Operations Lead Brazil is the single point of accountability for end-to-end customer operations in Brazil, focused on delivering excellent customer collaboration, service, logistics and order-to-cash. The role leads a team to unlock market value through integrated processes, hubs and partners, drives operational efficiency and transformation of the logistics network, and creates a technology roadmap to enable E2E visibility and collaboration across customer and operations.
