Customer Operations Learning & Development Specialist

The Customer Operations Learning & Development Specialist designs, develops, and facilitates learning programs to build employee knowledge and skills across the Customer Operations function. This role supports the entire employee lifecycle, from new-hire onboarding to ongoing professional development, by creating engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences. The specialist partners with leaders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps, assess learning effectiveness, and drive improved performance through targeted training interventions.
