Customer Program Manager

The Customer Program Manager leads Syringa's most complex customer implementations, strategic initiatives, and multi-site deployments from initiation through service activation. This role serves as the primary customer advocate, ensuring alignment between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders while managing large-scale programs. The position also involves providing leadership and mentorship to Customer Delivery Managers to promote project management best practices and delivery excellence.
