Customer Quality Engineer

The Customer Quality Engineer serves as the primary interface between the customer and Shape Corporation, representing the voice of the customer within the program core team. This role focuses on establishing and managing APQP processes, milestone events, and quality documentation throughout all program phases. The position involves coordinating with manufacturing plants, suppliers, and leadership to ensure product realization, resolve quality issues, and achieve customer approvals.
