Customer Quality Engineer

The Customer Quality Engineer plans, coordinates, and supports the quality management system to ensure extruded and fabricated products meet quality standards and customer requirements. Serving as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, this role leads investigations and resolutions for quality concerns, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. The position partners with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to improve manufacturing processes, reduce defects, and drive continuous improvement while strengthening customer satisfaction.
