Customer Quality Engineering Co-Op (Summer/Fall 2027)

This co-op role at RTX offers students the opportunity to work on critical production improvement projects, lead new product introductions, and conduct product failure analyses within the aerospace and defense industry. The position provides a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule from June to December, allowing for a deep dive into engineering skills and industry mentorship. Participants will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while contributing to a safer, more connected world.
