Customer Quality Representative

The Customer Quality Representative provides quality assurance support for day-old parent stock chick placements across the North Alabama and South Tennessee area. This role involves collaborating with internal teams such as Quality, Sales & Technical, and Hatchery management to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The position requires frequent travel to customer sites to monitor placements and maintain strong professional relationships.
