The Supervisor, Customer Refresh at Absa Group oversees periodic customer reviews to ensure client information and documentation comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) policies and regulations. The role supervises the Customer Refresh Associate, liaises with stakeholders across FCC, IRM and coverage teams, and supports remediation of high‑risk, PEP, and correspondent banking relationships.
