Customer Relations Coordinator

The Customer Relations Coordinator partners with cross-functional teams to enhance the participant experience by coordinating educational opportunities, managing communications, and ensuring participants receive appropriate support. This role involves serving as a liaison between participants and internal teams, maintaining participant records, and facilitating deliverables to meet participant needs and deliver long-term value. The position also includes supporting content generation, coordinating webinars, and protecting the security and privacy of medical information.
