Customer Relationship Consultant

Skipton Building Society is recruiting a Customer Relationship Consultant for their Skipton & Settle branches to engage with customers, identify their financial needs, and recommend appropriate savings and service products. The role involves conducting face-to-face, virtual, and telephone appointments to help customers review their circumstances and achieve financial goals while providing a first-class service. Candidates will act as the first point of contact, utilizing internal systems to maintain accurate records and support vulnerable customers within a diverse, mutual organization.
