This role serves as the primary liaison for assigned hospital/medical group accounts, helping patients and referral sources access home healthcare products and services through Accendra Health. The position is based on-site at specified facilities and focuses on maintaining strong account relationships to support patient equipment needs and continuity of care. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
