NRMA
The Inbound Customer Sales Representative will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing NRMA members, handling inquiries, sales, and membership changes for Roadside Assistance. The role involves engaging customers, identifying their needs, and providing solutions while meeting KPIs in a high‑volume call centre environment.
NRMA (National Roads and Motorists' Association) is Australia's largest member-owned organisation providing roadside assistance, car battery replacement, driving lessons, and EV charging services across Australia. Through the My NRMA platform and rewards program, members gain access to over 8,500 offers spanning travel, fuel savings, food, and experiences, as well as NRMA Parks and Resorts across more than 70 destinations. NRMA also advocates for members on road safety and infrastructure issues, and supports regional communities through initiatives such as EV charger installation and nature-based tourism.
