Customer Service Advisor

This part-time Customer Service Advisor role is based at BankSA’s Seacombe Gardens branch, where you will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored banking solutions. The position involves assisting customers both in-person and over the phone, utilizing product knowledge to help them achieve their financial goals. You will also refer customers to specialized Banking teams when necessary, requiring flexibility to cover other branches in the area.
