Customer Service Agent

The role is a temporary six‑month contract as a Customer Service Agent for the Nest Welsh Government Warm Homes Scheme, working primarily by telephone to handle enquiries and complaints, including vulnerable customers. It is a hybrid position based in Ebbw Vale with one day in the office and the rest remote, offering 37 hours per week between 9 am and 6 pm.
