Customer Service Agent

This position provides customer service for passengers and charter clients by handling inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a safe and efficient travel experience. The role involves assisting with passenger arrangements, guiding them to and from aircraft, and managing cargo handling and ground operations. Additional duties include cleaning and servicing cabin interiors, operating ground equipment, and providing de-icing services when needed.
