Customer Service Assistant

This role involves providing an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, and hosting various entertainment activities such as escape rooms and karaoke. The position requires working across multiple departments to ensure the centre runs smoothly and remains a welcoming environment for all ages.
